Divisional Financial Controller

As a Divisional Finance Controller at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd, your role will involve closely working with the SBU Head to achieve monthly targets for both top line and bottom line. You will assist the Divisional Head, Vertical Head, and SBU Head in understanding monthly profitability, product mix implications, various costs, and working capital investments to maximize the bottom line. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the availability of required products at sales points, controlling NPA, managing debtors, and overseeing cost-saving initiatives across all functions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with supply chain and production departments to ensure timely product availability at sales points - Monitor and control NPA, overdue debtors, cheque bouncing, and legal/disputed cases - Review business objectives and assist the team in achieving them - Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage distribution effectively - Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions for timely and cost-effective fund availability - Participate in detailed discussions to finalize annual budgets aligned with management objectives - Ensure timely finalization and presentation of quarterly and annual accounts to the Board of Directors - Oversee all compliance requirements and coordinate with internal audit for organizational value addition - Fulfill any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with the management Qualifications: - CA/ICWA - 3-5 years of relevant experience Location: Ahmedabad (Cadila Corporate Campus @ Bhat) Please send your profiles with the subject line "Divisional controller" to derek.gomes@cadilapharma.com.,
