Division Vice President

Role Overview: As a Division Vice President Operations, you will be responsible for leading large-scale service delivery across multiple sites in India. This high-impact leadership role will require you to report directly to the business head and focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and strategic execution across delivery centers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage operations across 35+ delivery center sites - Directly oversee VP-level leaders or site heads - Ensure end-to-end operational delivery, SLA compliance, and governance - Drive strategic business initiatives and operational maturity - Directly manage a minimum headcount of 5,000+ employees Qualification Required: - Currently in a VP/AVP role at a large MNC with delivery center operations, preferably in the BPO or shared services space - Strong experience in overall service delivery operations not limited to transformation, process improvement, HR, sales, or collections - Proven background in contact center operations or global service delivery - Demonstrated success in managing multi-site teams and complex operations - Not from captive/shared service-only backgrounds Additional Company Details: At this level, leadership isn't just about managing operations it's about shaping them.
