Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve regional sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective territory plans for the dermatology segment
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure strong market presence and relationship with key customers
  • Drive brand performance, ensure doctor conversions, and improve Rx generation
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and present to the leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 6-8 years in pharmaceutical sales (Dermatology or any other segment)
  • Must have experience of team handling

  • Education: B.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Sc / MBA (Science stream preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive performance and lead a team effectively
