1. To impart the products knowledge, and companys strategies to his team -as a coach.
2. Identifying and adding the potential customers and new markets, to keep the customers
list active.
3. To help the team to achieve the target, and to make them earn incentives month on
month.
4. Help the team to understand the companys strategies, and to give the feedback to his
superiors HO
5. To help the BDEs in detailing in Drs chamber, and retailing at retailers level so as to
convert the difficult customers.
6. Should possess, the foreseeing capacity, to analyse the situation and act accordingly, if
a HQ is not performing well, the DM should be capable of making that HQ perform or to
achieve his target through the other HQs of his area.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
B.Sc, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.A, B.Com with 2 years of experience as a DM (First Line
Manager), in a reputed company, with a good track record
