As a driven professional at Gates Corporation, you will be instrumental in the profitable growth of the Distributor Market in the Fluid Power business segment. Your role will focus on increasing the share of wallet to acquire new customers in emerging end markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop annual sales quotas and gross-profit plans by forecasting and analyzing sales volume, profit, pricing strategies, and market trends. - Contribute to marketing and sales financial objectives through budget forecasting, expenditure scheduling, and implementing corrective actions. - Achieve operational objectives by providing marketing and sales insights, preparing action plans, and identifying system improvements. - Plan, develop, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs to enhance product marketability and profitability. - Maintain relationships with key accounts by understanding their specific needs and exploring new opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Diploma holder with an MBA in Marketing. - 15-20 years of experience in the Automotive market, with at least 5 years in managing Key accounts and Industrial Distributors. - Age limit: 35-40 years. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Sales Planning, Meeting Sales Goals, Dealer Management, and Profitability Management. - Strong customer service orientation with a professional approach. - Ability to meet deadlines, effective time management, and excellent business ethics. - Team player with proactive support for colleagues, sharing knowledge, and building collaborative relationships. - Self-directed, motivated, and capable of motivating sales teams. In this role, you will report to the National Sales Manager- IRFP and collaborate closely to ensure the achievement of profitable growth.
