Distribution Sales Executive

As a Sales Manager for Wildcraft Gear, FW & Apparel, Luggage, Innerwear, and Personal Care Products, your role involves developing the revenue in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving channel/category wise secondary and primary targets by planning and executing initiatives. - Executing sales targets, priorities, and ensuring territory and town coverage. - Building relationships with key associates, managing network, and expanding it. - Preparing pipeline EDO Stores and ensuring targeted delivery, including POS/EDO expansion and retail growth initiatives. - Developing the multi-category channel and assisting in managing/restructuring DB's and markets for a healthy business dynamic. - Assisting in firming up business plans of DB's and key accounts, forecasting for products, and analyzing distribution depth and width. - Managing collection from all partners, tracking competition, and conducting audits. - Submitting timely reports and adhering to sales norms. Your key deliverables will include achieving sales targets, coordinating with supply chain and brand managers, ensuring product requirements are met, and resolving dealer/consumer issues promptly. You will also monitor sales performance, drive local level promotions, review key dealer & DB business performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. To be successful in this role, you should: - Hold a graduate degree in any discipline with an MBA from a good B-School (B Schools not mandatory). - Have 4-6 years of experience in Distribution/Trade Channel Sales, excluding FMCG trade, with at least 2 years in a team management role. - Demonstrate good analytical skills, IQ, customer focus, and innovation drive. - Possess strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and execution skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred language is English, and the work location is in person.,
