Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage distributor sales by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales through effective channel management, retail sales, and general trade development. Oversee secondary sales activities such as stock management, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement in distribution channels. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on distribution or distributor handling. Strong understanding of channel sales, distributor management, primary sales, retail sales, secondary sales principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with distributors at all levels.
