Dispatcher

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Dispatch Executive to join our team in the garment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily dispatches, coordinating inward and outward entries, and ensuring timely movement and tracking of garments. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day dispatch of goods as per DC (Delivery Challan) Ensure accurate packing, tagging, and setup of garments for dispatch Maintain clear and timely records of inward and outward movements of garments Coordinate with production, warehouse, and courier/logistics teams Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents (DC, invoices, transport records) Track shipments and report dispatch status daily Update internal systems/spreadsheets with accurate stock movement data Ensure proper handling and storage during inwarding of finished garments Support team in resolving dispatch or delivery-related issues Requirements: Experience in dispatch or store department (preferably in apparel/garment industry) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, documentation) Familiar with DC preparation, inward/outward documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily dispatch timelines Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
