Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Executive to oversee and maintain quality standards in our bakery production. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, implement quality control measures, and monitor the consistency and hygiene of all bakery products. Contact Our HR at +91 91471 57045 Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and monitor food safety & hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP). Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards before dispatch. Maintain compliance with food safety laws, labeling, and packaging guidelines . Production & Process Control: Monitor baking processes, ingredient quality, and shelf life of products. Identify and rectify quality deviations during production. Conduct sensory evaluations (taste, texture, appearance) of bakery products. Work with production teams to improve product quality and reduce wastage . Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure proper sanitization of equipment, storage areas, and workspaces . Train staff on best hygiene and food handling practices . Implement pest control and contamination prevention measures . Testing & Documentation: Maintain records of quality inspections, test reports, and audit findings . Coordinate with suppliers for quality concerns in raw materials . Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly QC reports for management. Skills & Qualifications: Education: MSC/BSC and Btech/Mtec in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field . Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in a bakery, food processing, or FMCG industry. Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and improve processes. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Food Safety & Quality Management . Experience in handling bakery & confectionery product quality .
