Shift timings - 6:30 pm- 3:30 am

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Mohali district. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Daily tasks include monitoring and updating freight status, maintaining real-time communication with drivers and clients, and resolving any logistical issues that may arise. The Dispatcher will work closely with the logistics team to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Having 1 year experience in international sales.
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Problem-solving and negotiating skills
