Job description: Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule drivers and fleet to meet customer requirements, to optimize revenue and to increase driver satisfaction Communicate load details and requirements to drivers Develop relationships with carriers, and work with Sales team to generate new opportunities based on carriers’ capacity Respond to customer inquires, send daily reports, and update on delays or issues with loads Update customer’s portal Work with Drivers to resolve their issues, and match routes/schedule according to their preference Keep track of waiting time and other accessorial charges, and update the orders on daily basis Review driver’s logbook and optimize the scheduling to generate maximum revenue Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure trucks and trailers are ready before the trip Make sure drivers are familiar with company policies and safety procedure and keep Safety as number one priority for all assignments Keep track all assets, and reduce asset dormancy Requirement Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role Proven track record of managing drivers, and good attitude with interpersonal skills Customer service experience is an asset Proven ability of multi tasking, and ability to work in high paced environment Good verbal and written communication skill Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
