At Deluxe Transport LLC we are a leading transportation company in the USA.

We are a family-owned and operated company based in California, USA. Starting in 2012, and today we own and operate a fleet of 75 trucks and 115 trailers (and growing) with multi-million USD operations across 11 Western states in the United States.

What we are looking for:

Driver Manager

• Manage and supervise assigned drivers on a daily basis
• Ensure drivers are dispatched on time and follow load schedules
• Monitor driver availability, hours of service (HOS), and compliance
• Communicate trip details, routes, and delivery instructions to drivers
• Track loads and provide real-time updates on pickups and deliveries
• Resolve driver issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and DOT regulations
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and billing teams
• Verify trip completion documents (PODs, BOLs, invoices)
• Support drivers with paperwork, payments, and general concerns
• Maintain driver performance records and address performance issues
• Build positive relationships to improve driver retention and satisfaction

What we are looking for:

* Strong communication (Verbal & Written)

* 0 to 1 year experienced candidate are preferable.

* Computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to manage and track multiple processes.

* Quick Thinking, Sound Judgment, and Adaptability.

* Strong sense of teamwork.

* Male candidates only

Please Note: This job is a 10-hour (night) shift and 6 days of work in Whitefield, Bangalore. No transportation will be provided, so you must be able to commute reliably or relocate for this job. Only schedule interviews if you are comfortable with the night shift.

Pay scale ranges from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month, based on your communication skills & experience.
