Dispatch Supervisor & Coordinator

As a Dispatch Supervisor at DNAScale, you will have the following responsibilities: - Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure smooth freight movement. - Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers & coordinators. - Resolve operational issues and optimize route planning. - Maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients, and carriers. Qualifications required: - 3+ years of experience in Canadian/US trucking dispatch/logistics (supervisory experience preferred). - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). As a Dispatch Coordinator at DNAScale, your responsibilities will include: - Managing driver assignments, schedules, and real-time tracking. - Coordinating between shippers, carriers, and customers. - Ensuring compliance with Canadian/US trucking regulations. - Handling load planning and troubleshooting delays. Qualifications required: - 1+ year of experience in Canadian/US dispatch. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
