Position Overview

Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics Management

Plan, organize, and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery of sheet metal components and assemblies.
Optimize vehicle routing, load planning, and resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams to align dispatch activities with customer requirements.

Customer Interaction & Handling

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding dispatch schedules, delivery status, and queries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
Provide proactive communication on delays, changes, or special requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure accurate preparation of dispatch documents (invoices, delivery notes, e-way bills, etc.).
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, including transport and safety regulations.
Monitor and report dispatch KPIs such as turnaround time, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

Supervise and guide dispatch staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators.
Conduct training sessions on customer handling, safety, and process improvements.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

Implement best practices in dispatch and logistics management.
Drive initiatives to reduce lead times, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
