Dispatch Manager

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire dispatch operations at Das Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with production, sales, and warehouse teams to plan and execute daily dispatch schedules. - Monitoring and managing transportation partners, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization for cost-effective logistics. - Ensuring proper documentation for all dispatches, including invoices, gate passes, and transport documents. - Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records in coordination with the warehouse team. - Monitoring loading/unloading operations to ensure product safety and quality standards during handling. - Tracking deliveries and resolving issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments. - Implementing and monitoring FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for stock dispatch. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, EHS, and statutory regulations related to dispatch and logistics. - Preparing and sharing dispatch MIS reports and performance metrics with the management team. - Continuously improving dispatch processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and service level enhancement. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
