Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules
  
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers
  
• Supervise loading/unloading, packaging, and dispatch documentation
  
• Maintain dispatch records, challans, invoices, and transport documents
  
• Arrange transportation and optimize delivery routes
  
• Monitor vehicle movement and delivery timelines
  
• Resolve any dispatch-related issues or delays
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local transport regulations
  
• Maintain stock control and assist in inventory management
  

Key Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of dispatch/logistics/transport coordination
   
2. Inventory and stock handling experience
   
3. Familiarity with transport documentation and challan preparation
   
4. Team coordination and leadership skills
   
5. Working knowledge of MS Excel, dispatch software, or ERP systems
   

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preference for Logistics/Supply Chain background)
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics roles
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
