Dispatch Manager - Coil

📌 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager (Coil Division) who has prior hands-on experience managing coil dispatch operations, preferably with Jindal or other leading steel manufacturers. The ideal candidate should be ready to take ownership of the entire dispatch process and be flexible to work from any location as per business requirements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth in coil transportation across the region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, depots, dealers, and procurement heads.

• Manage the entire business cycle:

Order Acquisition

Vehicle Placement

Delivery Tracking

Post-Payment Collection & Billing

👤 What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics/transportation (preferably coil).

• Prior experience working with Jindal (preferred) or similar large steel manufacturers

• Hands-on, target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver aggressive results.

• Ready to work 7 days a week and travel extensively across Chhattisgarh & Odisha.

• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive decision-making ability.
