Job Description

Salary - 35k

Location - Meerut (Partapur)

Experience required - 3 year+

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Plan and assign delivery routes to drivers based on order priority and geography
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update delivery status in the system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies
• Train and supervise dispatch staff and delivery drivers
• Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance, and fuel usage
• Optimize routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatch manager or in logistics/transport operations
• Strong knowledge of dispatching software, GPS tracking, and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics-related software
