As a Dispatch Incharge at Bagai Steel Syndicate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of daily logistics and dispatch activities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing dispatch and delivery tasks, creating schedules, coordinating with drivers and warehouse personnel, verifying dispatch documents, tracking shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring proper packaging before delivery. You will be required to communicate with clients for delivery updates, conduct basic documentation and reporting tasks, and occasionally visit suppliers, transport hubs, and customers in the Ghaziabad/Delhi-NCR area. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics roles, possess a good understanding of local routes, own a two-wheeler with a valid license, and have basic computer skills. You should be adept at managing time efficiently, physically fit for local travel, and have strong coordination and communication abilities. Previous experience in the steel or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
