Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Executives with a background in steel, cement, or construction materials to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in the steel, cement, or construction industry.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Report sales activity and pipeline to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in steel, cement, or construction materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)
Performance-based incentives for outstanding candidates
