Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Good Communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati and English)
candidate who has experience or are from pharma/biotechnology/medical devices industry.
Experience with SAP S4 HANA is must.
Good understanding of dispatch activities, understanding of inventory management, domestic and export dispatches etc.
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and 5S practices.
Ensure proper documentation and control of records related to incidents, deviations, change controls, and other QMS-related activities.
Maintain and update records as per established SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including material receipt, storage, issuance, and handling.
Manage material handling activities through RF and GRN systems in SAP.
Ensure proper segregation, identification, and traceability of materials.
Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
Prepare packing lists, consignment checklists, and related dispatch documents in line with SOPs.
Ensure all consignments meet regulatory, quality, and customer requirements before dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock records for Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG).
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for dispatch.
Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure all warehouse and dispatch areas comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
