Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch operations
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills (if applicable)
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure order readiness
Liaise with transporters, drivers, and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
Track dispatched shipments and follow up on delivery status
Ensure proper loading, packaging, and labeling of goods
Maintain dispatch records and update systems accurately
Handle customer or internal queries related to dispatch and delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Report dispatch delays, damages, or discrepancies to management

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or B.Com
1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (All three languages are mandatory)
Proficient in computer applications, including Tally, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
