Job Description

Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing the timely dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring accuracy in documentation, adherence to schedules, and smooth coordination with internal teams and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatch operations
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills (if applicable)
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure order readiness
Liaise with transporters, drivers, and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
Track dispatched shipments and follow up on delivery status
Ensure proper loading, packaging, and labeling of goods
Maintain dispatch records and update systems accurately
Handle customer or internal queries related to dispatch and delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Report dispatch delays, damages, or discrepancies to management

Education & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or B.Com
12 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory
Proficient in computer applications, including Tally, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
