Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Dispatch Executives for our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dispatch, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and related logistics/documentation work.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle daily dispatch operations accurately and on time
✅ Prepare, verify, and maintain dispatch documents and records
✅ Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth dispatch
✅ Prepare and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
✅ Maintain stock movement records (inward/outward)
✅ Ensure compliance with company dispatch and safety policies
✅ Provide timely reporting to seniors/managers
Required Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch / GRN / Logistics / Warehouse operations
Familiarity with dispatch documentation and inventory management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
