We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Godown Boy to manage daily warehouse and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling stock, managing dispatches, arranging transport, and coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the godown/warehouse. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Arrange materials systematically for easy access and dispatch. Pack and prepare items for dispatch as per order instructions. Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with the sales and logistics team. Arrange drivers for material transportation and ensure timely dispatch. Maintain dispatch records and assist in basic documentation. Regularly check stock levels and report shortages or damages. Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent. Basic knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations. Should be physically fit and able to handle lifting work. Good coordination and communication skills to deal with drivers. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
