Job Title: Dispatch Executive (Fresher) Location: Chakan Ambethan wasoli phata Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning daily dispatch schedules based on production output and customer requirements. Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and transportation teams for timely dispatch of finished goods. Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents like invoices, packing lists, gate passes, and e-way bills. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and loading of goods in line with company standards. Update dispatch records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or company-specific software). Monitor vehicle tracking and delivery schedules to ensure timely customer delivery. Handle communication with transporters and logistics partners. Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines (RTO, GST, etc.). Support the team in inventory reconciliation and monthly stock audits.
