Schedule and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery. Assign routes and tasks to drivers based on delivery schedules. Monitor real-time vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems. Communicate with drivers to provide updates or handle route changes. Maintain records of dispatch activities, delivery notes, and trip logs. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prepare shipments. Address delivery-related issues or delays and provide solutions. Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and safety standards. Provide daily reports to management on dispatch performance. Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
