Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and Manage Dispatch: Organize and schedule dispatches based on priorities and delivery timelines. Ensure Timely Delivery: Monitor shipments, provide updates, and troubleshoot delays to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of dispatch activities, inventory, and relevant documentation. Communicate Effectively: Liaise with drivers, logistics providers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any discrepancies, delays, or problems that occur during the dispatch process. Implement Policies: Enforce company policies and procedures related to dispatch and logistics.
