Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Export) to expand our business across international markets. The role involves identifying new opportunities overseas, maintaining relationships with global clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade, market research, and export documentation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets Generate leads through market research, trade portals, exhibitions, and networking Manage and grow existing export accounts and maintain client relationships Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, documentation) to ensure timely execution of orders Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) Monitor shipments, handle customer queries, and resolve issues efficiently Achieve sales targets and provide periodic sales forecasts and reports Keep up to date with global trade policies, export regulations, and market trends Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in export/international sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and logistics Ability to manage multiple clients across time zones Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online trade portals Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field MBA or diploma in Export Management is a plus Fluency in English is mandatory; additional foreign languages are a plus Remuneration:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowance (if applicable) Other benefits as per company policy

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage billing processes, payment collections, and assist with daily accounting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and help maintain proper financial records in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Payment Collection:Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices as per agreed terms and conditions. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up regularly for payment collections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure correct billing information. Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payment history. Routine Accounting: Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements. Handle petty cash and reimbursements. Maintain proper documentation for expenses, vouchers, and ledger entries. Support monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in billing, collections, and basic accounting tasks. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or ERP systems). Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and general ledger functions. Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [insert industry if relevant, e.g., manufacturing, services, etc.]. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation processes.
