Dispatch Executive

Role Overview: As a Dispatch Executive, your main objective is to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of goods and materials. You will play a crucial role in maintaining coordination between production, warehouse, transport vendors, and clients to uphold delivery schedules, documentation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily dispatch schedules based on production output and delivery timelines. - Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. - Prepare and verify dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and e-way bills. - Monitor vehicle movement and update stakeholders on delivery status. - Maintain dispatch logs, records, and reports for audit and operational review. - Resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, misrouting, or documentation errors. - Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards during dispatch operations. - Collaborate with stores, production, and customer service teams to align dispatch priorities. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and dispatch tracking tools. - Effective communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.
