Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Disbursement Officer based in Baran. The Disbursement Officer will handle loan disbursement processes, manage loan documentation and verification, and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. The role includes coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of disbursement activities, monitoring disbursement timelines, and maintaining accurate records. The officer will also assist in resolving customers' queries related to loan disbursement and provide necessary support to enhance customer satisfaction. Also I have done credit visits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in loan processing and disbursement operations, including verifying and preparing loan agreements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and collaborate with internal teams
• Basic understanding of financial processes and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, or housing finance is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools; knowledge of MS Office is desirable
• Graduation in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in finance or banking are beneficial
