Director/Senior Director - Offshore Development Centre

Job Description: You are being sought after as a highly accomplished and dynamic leader to develop, lead, and shape the Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in India. Your strategic leadership role will involve defining and executing the technology vision for the ODC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality, scalable ODC setup. Your proven track record of building, leading, and mentoring large, high-performing teams in an offshore model will be crucial. You will be fostering a culture of excellence and managing successful delivery for diverse ODC projects. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate the ODCs business vertical with superlative customer experience and excellent, long-term customer relationship management - Research and mine the large customer base to initiate new ODC proposals, convert them into business opportunities, and execute with excellence - Identify and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams and other senior stakeholders to generate ODC opportunities from the market - End-to-end responsibility for delivery, meeting or exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations, including understanding customer technology needs, timelines, hiring, building and integrating teams, transitioning work from customer sites, and providing cutting-edge solutions - End-to-end responsibility for technology team management to ensure meeting or exceeding customer and organization goals - Any other goals as required by the company from time to time Skills and Track-Record Required: - 12+ years of progressive experience in third-party ODC/GCC environment with leading software/analytics/KPO organizations, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing the business of an Offshore Development Centre - Proven digital transformation work covering Information/Data Science/AI tools, products, analytics, databases, and services - Client-facing, leadership responsibilities with clients from US, UK, and/or Europe - Mid-to-senior level experience in mid-to-large AI-ML driven IT services organization/KPOs/Analytics businesses - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills - Hands-on work in technology domains like Advanced data science, Big Data analytics, AI/ML based, cloud agnostic, cloud computing, rapid visualization, large data modeling, data lakes, LLMs, and domain-specific language models - Direct experience across cloud-native and OS-agnostic frameworks, relational databases, and programming languages like Python, Java, and C# Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree (e.g., MBA, Operations Management) is highly preferred - Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant software operations/project management methodologies will be a plus,
