Statistical Programmer

Your proficiency in coding will play a significant role in this role, including: - Advanced/Expertise in R programming with a focus on dplyr and tidyverse packages. - Skilled in managing complex datasets, handling missing values, and performing data pre-processing tasks efficiently. - Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and GitLab. - Advanced SQL skills to write optimized and scalable queries. - Ability to write modular and reusable code, emphasizing best practices and functions. The desired qualifications and skills for this role include: - A degree in Statistics/Data Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) with 1-2 years of experience in Real-world data or Oncology. - Proficiency in implementing statistical methods for descriptive statistics, Kaplan-Meier curves, visualization plots, etc. - Demonstrated ownership of deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. - Capability to work independently while proactively seeking guidance when needed. - Willingness to follow directions, accept oversight, and collaborate effectively in a team setting. - Adaptability to thrive in a cross-functional and highly collaborative work environment.
