Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic leadership to the software engineering team, focusing on Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages. - Leading AI and ML initiatives for next-generation fintech solutions. - Overseeing software architecture for scalability and robust design. - Mentoring engineering managers and senior engineers for professional growth. - Working cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with: - A degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 10+ years of software development experience, particularly in Node.js technologies. - Proficiency in messaging technologies, microservices, API design, and databases. - Proven leadership skills in scaling engineering teams and processes. - Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. - A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
