Job Description

As a Director of Transitions at TP, you will play a pivotal role in navigating through business, organizational, and strategical changes. Your responsibilities and duties will include: - Evaluating project risks and developing & implementing mitigation plans. - Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and map processes. - Coordinating the transitions process in India region for transition activity. - Ensuring every phase of the methodology is strictly followed during process migration with no omissions. - Conceptualizing a project plan outlining infrastructure, timelines, and phases. - Ensuring clarity on performance standards and SLAs required by internal stakeholders. - Supervising the writing of manuals to document specifics of SLAs & other details. - Understanding the TOPS and BEST framework. - Traveling to sites/delivery centers as needed. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or above preferred. - 5+ years of experience in Transitions/Project Management within Customer Experience/Digitally Integrated Domestic Service Industry. - Strong analytical and research skills for generating industry, competitor, and insights. - Excellent understanding of the Transitions lifecycle. - Must be highly detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines when needed.
