Director - Transitions

As a Director of Transitions at TP, you will play a crucial role in managing business, organizational, and strategic changes to ensure long-term success. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating project risks and implementing mitigation plans. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and map processes. - Coordinating transitions in the India region and ensuring adherence to the methodology. - Developing a comprehensive project plan outlining infrastructure, timelines, and project phases. - Setting performance standards and SLAs for internal stakeholders. - Supervising the documentation of SLAs and other transaction details. - Familiarity with TOPS and BEST framework. - Willingness to travel to sites/delivery centers as required. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree or higher. - 5+ years of experience in Transitions/Project Management in Customer Experience/Digitally Integrated Domestic Service Industry. - Strong analytical and research skills. - In-depth understanding of the Transitions lifecycle. - Detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
