Having successfully secured $27M in funding from Elev8 Venture Partners, KB Investments & Tenacity Ventures, we operate from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai, working onsite throughout the week. We are looking for individuals who possess 12-16 years of experience and demonstrate expertise in various areas, including strong System Design and Architecture Skills, Functional or OO Programming skills, Clean Coding with a good grasp of SOLID principles, familiarity with common design patterns, and proficiency in Backend technologies such as Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, and willingness to upskill in other stacks. In addition, candidates should have a solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or any RDBMS, with strong SQL and performance tuning skills, along with knowledge of database design. Proficiency in Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, and UI development using modern Web Frameworks like React is highly desirable. Soft skills are equally important, including a solution-oriented mindset, leadership skills, experience in client interactions, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to express ideas and opinions effectively. As a member of the IDfy team, your responsibilities will include leading a team with a hands-on approach, conducting Design and Code Reviews, creating design artifacts, developing cloud-native applications on GCP/AWS, ensuring zero-defect software and test cases, building UI components, APIs, microservices, and conducting root cause analysis of support tickets. You will also collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and provide insights to the team, work closely with other teams to determine business priorities, establish high-quality processes aligned with IDfy principles, and foster a culture of ownership and innovation within the POD.
