1. OnboardIQ is an onboarding platform that accelerates growth with frictionless omni-channel onboarding, while mitigating fraud and improving quality of account.

2. OneRisk is a fraud and risk management platform to mitigate financial, legal, and reputational risks and avoid losses with proactive fraud prevention. It covers individual risk, entity risk, and asset risk.

3. Privy is a privacy and data governance platform to ensure DPDPA compliance through trust and privacy governance suite and avoid monetary and reputational loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example: guide a cross-functional pod while remaining hands-on with code.
  • Design for scale: create and review architecture, design documents, and critical PRs.
  • Ship cloud-native software: deliver secure, resilient applications on GCP or AWS.
  • Own the experience: build UIs, APIs, microservices, and business components that simplify user journeys.
  • Collaborate widely: partner with Product, Business, and Enablement teams to align technical decisions with customer value.
  • Delight customers: Interact with clients to gather direct feedback, understand pain points, analyse root causes of support tissues, and drive rapid fixes.
  • Raise the bar: establish processes that champion code quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and grow: foster a culture of ownership, inclusivity, and ongoing learning both for yourself and the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12-16 years of professional software design and development experience.
  • Front-end mastery with React (or its ecosystem) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Polyglot skills: proficiency in at least one additional language such as Elixir, Go, Java, Python, Ruby, or. NET.
  • Deep system-design chops: you think in patterns, model for resilience, and document for clarity.
  • Track record of shipping performant, cloud-native products at scale (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD a plus).
  • User-centric mindset: strong interface design instincts and the judgment to choose the right tooling.
  • Inclusive leadership: proven ability to mentor diverse teams and engage directly with clients.
  • Clear communication: articulate trade-offs, influence stakeholders, and inspire action.
