Director Software Engineering

Location

• Lead technical solutioning, architecture, and design of software products.
• Own project P&L, resource planning, and timeline adherence.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Track and present project metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive initiatives focused on automation, defect reduction, and process improvements.
• Coordinate efforts across geographically distributed teams.
• Contribute to presales activities, RFP responses, and stakeholder engagements.
• Review product requirements and lead solution brainstorming sessions.
• Enable team success by removing technical blockers and enhancing delivery processes

Technical & Leadership Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 18+ years in software development, product/project leadership.
• Proven expertise in solution architecture, team management, and delivery execution.
• Strong background in web application development and modern engineering tools.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
