Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and build relationships with key clients and business channels (corporate, travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners, event agencies, etc.). Drive room sales, banquet bookings, and special events at the resort. Forecast sales goals and evaluate performance against targets. Lead, train, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with marketing to run promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust strategies accordingly. Represent the resort at trade shows, expos, and networking events. Maintain excellent guest relationships to promote repeat business and referrals. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Head or Senior Sales Manager in resorts or luxury hospitality. Strong network in the travel, corporate, and event planning industries. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of digital tools, CRM software, and reporting systems. Willingness to travel as needed..
