Job Description

As the Director of Revenue Enablement at Mindtickle, you will be responsible for leading the enablement strategy and initiatives for all the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including sales, service, customer success, support, and Customer Enablement. Your role will be crucial in shaping company strategy and executing in-field engagements. You will oversee various programs such as onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, coaching, messaging refinement, sales plays, competitive intelligence, and enhancing both pre- and post-sales customer experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Develop and execute a holistic enablement strategy aligning with business objectives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. - Lead a lean and results-driven team capable of managing complex projects with a high standard of accountability and performance. - Design and implement enablement programs covering various aspects such as onboarding, continuous learning, coaching, messaging refinement, and competitive intelligence. - Establish and monitor enablement KPIs to ensure measurable improvements in team competencies and behaviors. - Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in enablement initiatives. - Champion a customer-first approach and ensure all enablement activities enhance the customer journey. - Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating enablement strategies, progress, and outcomes. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the enablement function. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of experience in roles related to Revenue Enablement with a proven track record of driving complex GTM initiatives. - Demonstrated leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior leadership, and drive organizational change. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively. - Ability to take calculated risks, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement. - Deep understanding of customer enablement strategies and their impact on the customer experience and business growth. - Familiarity with enablement tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. - Experience working in global or multinational organizations with an understanding of diverse market dynamics and cultural nuances.
