Job Description

Oversee and manage the QA team, including both automation and manual testers, ensuring the highest quality standards for our SaaS-based platform. Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks for the platform's dashboards and microservices running on Java, React, and MySQL. Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software releases. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for QA processes and team performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance the overall quality of the platform. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality assurance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence. Manage and coordinate client interactions related to QA, ensuring client requirements and expectations are met. Extensive experience in QA management, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. Proficiency in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts using tools and technologies relevant to Java, React, and MySQL. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices. Experience with SaaS platforms, microservices architecture, and cloud-based environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of QA professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
