Director Projects (Architecture & Design)

As an experienced and visionary Director - Projects at a Delhi based Architecture & Design firm, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction and execution of diverse architecture projects. Your role as a key member of the leadership team will involve shaping the design strategy and ensuring excellence in design delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic and creative direction for all architectural projects, from concept to completion, and establish high standards of design excellence across all projects. - Oversee the design process to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client goals and guide design development. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into design solutions. - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. - Support the business development team by participating in pitches and design presentations to win new projects and help shape the firm's design strategy for long-term growth and reputation globally. - Lead and manage a diverse team of architects and designers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. Requirements to succeed: - 15 or more years of experience and 5 years in a design leadership role within the Architecture & Design industry. - Significant talent in design, design development, and project leadership. - Relevant project experience of large scale projects across residential and commercial sectors. - Ownership in a client-facing environment. - Self-starter and team player. - Excellent written and oral communicator. - Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize in terms of urgency and impact.,
