Director - Product

This position requires exceptional problem-solving, execution, and communication skills to address complex business challenges that will impact 500 million lives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement. - Assist in the development of product features aligned with company goals and customer needs. - Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion. - Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and stakeholders. - Utilize data analytics tools to assess product performance and user behavior. - Identify challenges in users" lifecycle and pinpoint root causes to address them effectively. - Translate product outcomes into measurable business value and drive pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech or MBA from a tier 1 institute. - 8-12 years of experience in a product role or 2-3 years in a data-centric role, with at least 4-5 years leading PM teams. - Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, Excel, MixPanel, CleverTap, Confluence, Metabase. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a user-first approach.
