Create high-quality, engaging curriculum materials tailored for digital learning environments. Collaborate with language experts to adapt content for translation and localization. Curriculum Review & Feedback Integration (20%) Gather feedback from mentors and mentees on session content and delivery experience. Analyze usage patterns and qualitative feedback to assess curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements. Social Media & Communications (20%) Collaborate with internal teams to source stories, updates, and program milestones for social media. Draft and schedule posts aligned with the communications calendar and Mentor Together’s brand tone. Monitor platform trends and audience engagement to optimize content style and format. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide actionable insights. Support community interaction by responding to queries and comments across platforms. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, social sciences); postgraduate qualification preferred. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, especially in the life skills or employability space. Familiarity with digital learning tools or prior experience in digital content creation. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum & Training Development Lead the design and evolution of Mentor Together s learning frameworks focused on work readiness and well-being.
