We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Product to own and drive our product vision in the fast-paced world of B2B hotel technology. This role is both strategic and execution-driven ideal for a product leader who thrives in startups, loves solving complex problems, and can translate customer and market needs into products that create measurable business impact.
As the Director of Product, you will work closely with the leadership team to define the product strategy, build and refine the roadmap, and ship solutions that delight customers and grow the business. You will balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring outcomes across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch and iteration ensuring exceptional usability, adoption, and commercial impact.

Set and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Translate strategy into execution, writing crisp PRDs, defining requirements, and working side by side with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases on time.

Drive customer and market insights through direct engagement, research, and competitive analysis to inform product priorities.

Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and adoption.

Measure product performance through metrics and feedback loops, making data-informed decisions to optimize outcomes.

Act as the voice of the product at the leadership table, influencing company strategy and ensuring product-led growth.

Stay ahead of industry shifts, bringing fresh perspectives on technology, SaaS models, and hotel tech innovations.
Skills Required:

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 5 years in a senior product role owning strategy and execution.

Proven ability to define, build, and launch successful technology products.

Strong command of product discovery, agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

Hands-on operator comfortable in a zero-to-one and one-to-N environment; able to balance strategy with rolling up sleeves.

Exceptional collaboration skills across engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams.

Strong analytical and storytelling ability to communicate product vision, priorities, and impact.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
