Director, Process Excellence and Re-engineering

Role Overview: As the Director of Process Excellence and Re-engineering at HireRight, you will be instrumental in shaping, establishing, and overseeing processes related to background verifications. Working under the guidance of the Head of Change Management, your primary focus will be on integrating Process Excellence throughout the organization. Your main tasks will revolve around devising and implementing innovative solutions aligned with business objectives, promoting continuous enhancement and collaboration using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement - Gather and analyze data to evaluate process efficiency - Develop detailed process maps to streamline workflows - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing monitoring - Implement process enhancement strategies like Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) - Identify root causes of process challenges and spearhead change management efforts - Maintain documentation of process enhancements and provide training to stakeholders on revised procedures - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to local and HireRight regulations - Offer expertise in operational excellence to support the Operations team - Champion the process excellence charter as a senior leader - Establish a framework for cross-functional collaboration - Lead and mentor colleagues to boost team productivity Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated leadership background in Process Excellence - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities - Substantial experience in change management within a complex matrix environment Please note that HireRight provides a dynamic work setting where you can engage in impactful projects and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals.
