Director, Process Excellence and Re-engineering

As the Director of Process Excellence and Re-engineering at HireRight, you will play a crucial role in defining, building, and monitoring processes related to the fulfillment of background verifications. Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will drive the strategic agenda of the team by embedding Process Excellence within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve designing and delivering innovative solutions that align with business outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. - Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement - Collect and analyze data to measure process performance - Create detailed process maps to optimize workflows - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring effectiveness - Implement process improvement strategies such as Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) - Identify root causes of process issues - Drive change management initiatives - Maintain documentation of process improvements - Provide training to stakeholders on updated procedures Your qualifications should include: - Proven leadership experience in Process Excellence - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - Substantial change management experience in a complex matrix environment At HireRight, we offer a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to impactful projects and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
