Job Description

  • Develop and maintain complex project schedules for large-scale commercial projects Lead strategic planning processes, coordinating with high-level stakeholders and executives
  • Conduct sophisticated risk analysis and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies Monitor and report on project progress using advanced metrics and key performance indicators
  • Implement and optimize cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies Lead resource allocation and workload optimization across multiple complex projects Conduct high-level project reviews and updates with senior clients and executive management
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level planning staff Ensure compliance with industry standards and drive the adoption of best practices Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and procedures
  • Leverage extensive commercial project expertise to enhance overall project performance Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets for large commercial projects Maintain and regularly update statutory trackers
  •  Manage tender events effectively Develop and implement procurement strategic planning Coordinate design processes and maintain all related trackers Maintain budget trackers and promptly highlight issues to clients Oversee productivity tracking for all RCC and finishing items
  • Conduct comprehensive resource planning Develop and manage phase-wise logistic planning Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, and daily reports Coordinate and manage facade-related planning and execution
