Key

Responsibilities

• Provide

technical leadership and strategic direction for Financial Crime and Risk

Compliance platforms.

• Lead

globally distributed teams developing Java & Cloud-based enterprise

applications.

• Partner

with business and product leaders to define, design, and deliver next-gen

compliance solutions.

• Drive

engineering excellence through automation, scalability, resilience, and

reusability.

• Ensure

adherence to compliance, governance, and security standards.

• Mentor,

coach, and build high-performing technical teams.

Required

Experience

• 10+ years

  in technology leadership roles within

regulated industries (BFSI preferred).

• 7+ years

  of experience leading Java-based engineering

teams.

• 5+ years

  delivering solutions on

  Cloud (AWS / GCP /

Private Cloud)

• Hands-on

microservices, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scalable

architectures

• Strong

risk management

detection systems

Qualifications

• Experience

Financial Crimes Compliance systems

Anti-Bribery, etc.).

• Exposure

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Proven

track record of leading large-scale, transformational engineering

programs.

• Bachelor's

or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
